        Spacious room with an amazing pool view. A fantastic breakfast spread that has something for everyone! The outdoor swimming pools are perfect for lounging and relaxing.

        It was a hassle having to switch rooms on short notice due to overbooking issues, which disrupted our stay.

        The hotel exceeded my expectations with stunning lake views and four beautiful pools. The outdoor pools were perfect for lounging and relaxing. I loved the spacious room, equipped with an espresso machine and a large terrace. Breakfast was varied, with options to cater to different diets, and I particularly enjoyed that some menu items were cooked to my preference. Service during meal times was generally good, though I did experience long wait times at the bars on two occasions, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The hotel staff, especially the reception team, were kind and attentive throughout my stay. I faced inconvenience when the elevator was broken during my visit, making it difficult to navigate with my stroller. Despite a few issues, I had a memorable time enjoying the amenities and the beautiful surroundings.

        great infinity pool at the Nautical center, spacious rooms with good views, impressive shower facilities

        Service levels need significant improvement!!! It took forever to receive our drinks, and the uneven maintenance of the pools was quite disappointing!!! A coherent food service plan could really enhance the dining experience!!!

        We had a wonderful stay with our two small kids, as the hotel features several fantastic pools where they could play safely and joyfully. The family room we stayed in was spacious, well-equipped, and featured beautiful views. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast spread, which included options for all tastes, and the addition of live piano music made dining even more special.

        One drawback was the limited activities outside the hotel, making it necessary to plan excursions.
